Tear drops on my guitar, my personal favorite. She met me in Portland Oregon, along with her mom, because she was after all only 15 and didn’t even have her drivers license yet. I adored Taylor and had many things in common with her mom. Her mom raised hunter jumpers and wanted Taylor to ride with her. But Taylor had other plans…. I am grateful for the time they spent with me and my friends daughter, mentoring her for country music.

Rodeo Drive Fashion Show, California
In Palm Springs on Rodeo Drive, Diamond 57 was included on the runway. Here is a Diamond 57 cowboy boot purse with horse rein handles and angel wing inlays.
The model is wearing a lime green magnesite necklace with a star concho pendant. We felt so blessed to be a part of this fantastic show.
Custom Purse created for Heather
It was a joyful time to create this custom bag for Heather. The boots belonged to her mother. She wasn’t sure what to do with them until she found Diamond 57 Leather goods. She wanted 2 handles, 1 long leather horse rein and the other a horse bit. I padded the horse bit with leather. Now she can easily snap on which ever handle she wants. She chose to let the boots “speak” for themselves in the elegant beauty, not adding any crystals or spots. She chose the Heart concho as a symbol of her love for her mom. It was an honor, Heather. Columbia Sportswear - Sorel Boots
This lovely bag was made from a pair of Sorel Boots from Columbia Sportswear. Gert Boyle was wonderful to share her story with me how her family escaped Germany and started a hat business in the United States. Her father and brother worked to create a thriving business, then her husband expanded to sportswear. He passed early in their marriage, so she picked up the reins and learned to run a highly successful business on her own. She was one of the most determined women I have ever had the privilege of working with.
Custom Turquoise Cowboy boot Purse
This purse was made from Boulet Boots. The handle is made from horse reins. If you look closely, you’ll see in the leather fringe are grizzly feathers, a subtle touch of organic elegance. Creating the custom charm trinket chain was a delight as I got to know Kate better. An arrow to show her determination, angel wings to remind her of a loved one in heaven, a compass to never forget her true North. The blessings were mine to create such a joyful heirloom.
