Refund and Returns Policy

Exchanges for any reason within 14 days of purchase with reciept. Refunds after14 days of purchase will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover administrative costs directly related to processing and website maintenance.  No refund/credit for shipping.  Please contact me and let me know whatever your concerns are and I will be happy to work with you.

All workmanship is guaranteed.  If you ever loose a crystal return the purse to me and I will replace it for no charge (you pay shipping) or I can send you one with instructions to repair.  Additionally, if you loose a silver concho, I can most often send a replacement for $5.00.  If you ever have any other problem with your purse, just let me know, as I can often repair it.  Depending on the particular situation, there may be a charge for repairs for wear and tear or neglect.  

Each Diamond 57 creation should be a worthy family heirloom. Because each purse is made from reclaimed and vintage products and each one is made differently, there may be times when a purse needs repair or upgrades.  Please let me know your situation and we can discuss options to keep your purse beautiful and functional.
